Job Overview
This position is based at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The resort is part of a global hospitality group operating more than 530 properties across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe, and South America.
Ras Al Khaimah offers a calm coastal setting with beach, desert, and mountain experiences, and the property is positioned within an eco-conscious luxury environment overlooking the Arabian Gulf.
Role Summary
As a Villa Host, you will be expected to deliver highly tailored, prompt, and attentive service that consistently improves guest satisfaction. The role calls for a strong focus on detail, anticipating guest needs, and taking full ownership of the villas assigned to you.
You will also provide supervision, coordination, and hands-on support to ensure each villa remains clean, well maintained, and presented to the highest standards. This position plays a key part in upholding premium service quality across the resort.
Key Duties
- Provide personalized and responsive service to guests.
- Anticipate guest requirements and act on them proactively.
- Take responsibility for all assigned villas.
- Supervise and guide villa-related activities as needed.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of guest villas.
- Support delivery of high professional service standards.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should communicate clearly, work confidently in English, and have additional language ability as an advantage. A minimum of one year of experience in a Butler or Villa Host role is required, preferably in a comparable hotel environment.
You should bring a warm, approachable manner, work well on your own, remain resourceful and proactive, and be capable of making sound decisions in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
