About the Role
myVA Rocks works with busy professionals and business owners by pairing them with skilled virtual assistants. This position is designed for experienced professionals who are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable supporting multiple clients at once in a fast-moving, flexible environment.
The work is fully remote and part-time, with a contract arrangement. You should expect to make yourself available for about 20 hours per week during business hours so you can communicate with clients when needed.
The hourly rate for this role is $20.
What You’ll Do
You’ll partner with clients to understand where support is needed and help create practical solutions that save time and reduce workload. Rather than simply completing assigned tasks, you’ll be expected to think ahead, offer ideas, and help clients figure out the best way to get things done.
Assignments will be matched to your strengths and interests. Depending on the client, your work may involve copywriting, bringing structure to an organized Google Drive, calendar coordination, bookkeeping, research, preparing documents, agendas, or presentations, arranging travel, managing email, and handling special projects.
Experience and Fit
They are looking for professionals with at least 5 years of experience in either remote or in-person office settings. The ideal candidate is self-starting, confident, detail-oriented, and strong with grammar.
You should be comfortable using common workplace tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and LinkedIn. Strong communication, organization, and resourcefulness are important for success in this role.
