Role Summary

This position is for an experienced Visa Counsellor who can provide complete support to clients across multiple visa categories. The role includes counselling for study visas, tourist and visitor visas, spouse open work permits, and related visa pathways for regions including Europe, the US, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver clear, expert visa advice and one-to-one counselling to clients.
• Keep up to date with the latest visa documentation rules and country-specific requirements.
• Evaluate client profiles and advise them throughout the full visa application journey while ensuring immigration compliance.
• Provide correct information and help clients prepare well-supported visa applications.

Experience and Skills Needed

Candidates should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in visa counselling or immigration services. Strong practical knowledge of visa processes for Europe, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand is essential, especially for student visas, tourist visas, spouse open work permits, and concurrent visas. The role also calls for prior sales management exposure and the capability to supervise a small team of 2 to 3 employees. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities are important.
