Overview

ZARA is hiring a full-time Visual Commercial (m/w/d) for its store in Munich. In this role, you turn trends into tangible store experiences by connecting products with people and bringing each collection to life through visual presentation.

Role Summary

As a Visual Commercial, you shape store areas, interpret fashion trends, and guide customer attention through strong visual merchandising. You help translate the brand’s commercial rhythm into the sales floor and work closely with the team to implement visual standards and support store decisions.

Responsibilities

• Convert current trends into engaging in-store experiences.
• Design and maintain product displays and sales-floor presentations.
• Direct customer focus through clear and appealing visual arrangements.
• Make collections more attractive and easier to experience in the store.
• Observe fashion, store performance, and street culture to understand what should happen on the floor.
• Respond to commercial changes and adjust presentation accordingly.
• Work with the team to apply visual criteria and contribute to decisions.
• Bring creative ideas that help the store feel alive and distinctive.
