Role overview
The business is looking for an imaginative and hands-on Visual Merchandiser to work across NSW. The position is responsible for building attractive showroom presentations that support sales performance while staying aligned with brand presentation standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage weekly showroom stock movements and transfers in line with national merchandise rules.
- Prepare and update scaled showroom layouts using Adobe Illustrator.
- Physically move furniture and place new stock across showroom floors.
- Maintain high display standards, correct product placement, and promotional execution in assigned stores.
- Complete store reporting and stocktakes, while staying in regular contact with store teams and sales leaders.
- Coordinate floor stock ranges so products remain in top showroom condition.
- Review sales reports to improve product placement and drive better sales positioning in each location.
Skills and experience
- Strong eye for detail in both visual presentation and inventory handling.
- Good spatial judgement and the ability to create appealing room settings.
- Genuine interest in interiors.
- Well organised, self-driven, and able to work with limited supervision.
- Confident communicator who works well with sales, warehouse, and management teams.
- Own vehicle and flexibility to travel between assigned showrooms on a rotating basis.
- Microsoft Office and Adobe Design Suite skills, especially Illustrator, are preferred but not mandatory.
- Background in interior design or visual merchandising is highly valued, though not essential.
