Role Overview
The Visual Merchandising Manager is responsible for ensuring that product presentation, store image, and commercial display standards are executed effectively across the store. This role combines visual merchandising, product awareness, team coordination, stock handling, and customer-focused execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong product understanding in a commercial and fashion context, including materials, fabrics, styles, current trends, and competitor activity.
- Maintain close awareness of in-store stock, incoming merchandise, and product updates, and share regular feedback with the product team at Spain HQ.
- Apply the company’s customer service approach and respond to customer needs with the right level of support.
- Use core visual merchandising methods to keep store displays aligned with brand standards and improve overall presentation.
- Interpret display images sent from head office and arrange products accordingly.
- Use store furniture and fixtures such as hangers, benches, and tables effectively to support specific merchandising setups.
- Oversee the product delivery process and manage replenishment activities in line with company procedures.
- Lead, support, train, and coordinate a team of visual commercials so they can carry out their responsibilities efficiently.
- Take part in stock counts and follow inventory procedures accurately.
- Promote and teach loss-prevention practices, including fitting room control, cash desk discipline, and zoning, to help keep inventory loss low.
- Follow stockroom organization standards and use available tools to stay updated on stock movement and rotation.
