Role Overview

The hotel is looking for a motivated Waiter to support a high-quality guest dining experience. This position focuses on attentive service, accurate order handling, and ensuring guests leave with a positive impression.

Key Purpose

The main objective of this role is to deliver excellent hospitality service. You will be expected to take orders, serve food and drinks, and help maintain smooth operations while keeping guest satisfaction, communication, and the ability to juggle tasks at the forefront.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver courteous and attentive service to guests at all times.
  • Record and process food and beverage orders with accuracy.
  • Present meals and drinks promptly in a professional manner.
  • Support a pleasant and satisfying dining experience for every guest.
  • Respond to guest questions and concerns tactfully and professionally.
  • Operate efficiently in a busy setting and handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen staff and management.
  • Maintain a warm, approachable, and professional attitude throughout service.
  • Adhere to all health, hygiene, and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Prior waiter experience in a hotel environment is required.
  • Strong guest service orientation and a customer-first mindset.
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sharp attention to detail while handling service tasks.
  • Ability to manage several responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of menu items to guide and assist guests.
  • Confidence in addressing guest questions, feedback, and complaints.
  • Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.
