About the Role
An opportunity has opened for a Waiter/ess in Private Dining at Jumeirah Saadiyat Island. This role focuses on delivering polished, attentive dining service while supporting an exceptional guest experience in a luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Confidently discuss food and wine options with guests in a knowledgeable and detailed way.
- Maintain a warm, professional presence that remains attentive without being intrusive.
- Monitor the use of food, beverage, and service equipment to ensure resources are handled correctly.
- Work closely with the Culinary Team to support a memorable dining experience for every guest.
- Ensure food collection and table service are carried out smoothly, accurately, and on time.
- Prepare tables, serve food and drinks, and clear and clean tables after service.
- Enter guest orders, including any special requests or dietary needs, into the hotel POS system and share them with the kitchen.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a comparable role within the luxury sector.
- Excellent verbal communication and people skills.
- Good command of English.
