Warehouse Assistant

Role overview

Flo & Frankie is hiring a dependable, energetic Warehouse Assistant to work from its Parnell warehouse in Auckland. This is a full-time position in a purpose-led New Zealand business, suited to someone who enjoys active work, a busy setting, and being part of a practical team that pulls together to get things done.

The role runs Monday to Friday, with some flexibility needed during busy periods. Training will be provided on warehouse systems and workflows, so the focus is on attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Key duties

• Take in incoming goods, verify what has arrived, add barcodes, and place stock away correctly.
• Prepare customer and store orders through accurate picking and packing to a high standard.
• Use the warehouse management system and related processes confidently after training.
• Maintain clean, orderly, and safe warehouse areas at all times.
• Operate equipment such as order pickers and pallet jacks carefully and efficiently.
• Support the loading and unloading of deliveries.
• Assist with stock counts, inventory checks, and follow up on any mismatches.
• Help with day-to-day warehouse tasks to keep operations flowing smoothly.

What you should bring

• Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to doing work accurately.
• A positive, hands-on approach and a solid work ethic.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a small, close team.
• Confidence to follow guidance and also work independently when required.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift or move stock.
• Warehouse or stock control experience is useful but not mandatory, as training is available.
• A full driver’s licence is preferred.
