Overview

Globyz Biopharma Services is hiring a Warehouse Manager for its Mississauga, Ontario location. This is a full-time onsite role, which means the work must be performed at the physical workplace with no remote option.

Language Requirement

English communication is required for this position.

Education

Applicants should have a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 1 to 2 years.

Experience

This role calls for 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations across commercial facility activities.
  • Review construction work when changes are being made to commercial, transportation, recreational, or real estate facilities.
  • Prepare and review reports and statistics connected to the areas under your charge.
  • Organize and coordinate facility operations, including the associated real estate.
  • Assess client requirements and available resources to suggest suitable goods or services.
  • Estimate the cost of equipment installation and ongoing service or maintenance.
  • Create and put into practice schedules and procedures for safety checks and preventive maintenance.
  • Recruit staff and supervise their training and ongoing performance.
  • Oversee the installation, upkeep, and repair of facility infrastructure, including machinery, equipment, and electrical/mechanical systems.
  • Manage leasing activities for space within the facility and its associated real estate, including related marketing plans.
  • Prepare and control the operating budget for the facility.
  • Direct administrative functions such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety checks, security, and snow removal.
  • Handle product and service issues as they arise.
  • Diagnose and resolve equipment-related problems.
  • Maintain organized inventory records and stock levels.
