Job description

Overview

Kinly is recruiting an experienced Warehouse Operative for its Dublin location. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Ireland, supporting the smooth daily running of the warehouse so that incoming goods are received correctly, stock is stored properly, orders are picked and packed accurately, and outgoing items are dispatched safely.

Kinly is a global collaboration, systems integration, and managed services company. Its work focuses on improving workplaces, reducing complexity, and helping teams work more effectively through capabilities such as AI-enabled room monitoring, round-the-clock support, and an enterprise service layer built for speed and precision.

The salary for this role is €27,500 to €30,000, depending on experience, along with company benefits. The interview process consists of two stages: first a virtual interview, followed by an in-person meeting.

What you will do

  • Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager, Installation Engineers, and Administrative Support Team to keep the warehouse organised, compliant, clean, and safe.
  • Use internal systems to log stock movements in and out, keeping inventory data accurate.
  • Prepare, pack, and pick items for collection and delivery.
  • Help load and unload deliveries in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Drive company vehicles to deliver goods to project locations or customer sites when needed.
  • Work with couriers and help organise pickups and deliveries.
  • Process returned stock and ensure all returns are handled correctly.
  • Assist with regular stock counts and inventory checks according to company procedures.
  • Help manage consumable items and other warehouse supplies.
  • Complete warehouse paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.
  • Support waste handling activities, making sure materials are recycled or disposed of properly.
  • Maintain clear asset records, including serial numbers and MAC addresses.
  • Assist with provisioning devices, carrying out configuration tasks, and applying firmware updates before deployment.

What we are looking for

  • Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or stores work is preferred.
  • A solid understanding of warehouse processes and stock handling methods.
  • Confidence working well within a team.
  • Strong organisation and careful attention to detail.
  • Basic computer literacy, including use of warehouse management systems, databases, or spreadsheets.
  • Ability to complete paperwork accurately and keep records up to date.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • A flexible, practical, and proactive attitude.
  • A full driving licence is desirable.
  • Forklift certification or other warehouse equipment credentials are an advantage, though not essential.
  • Ability to lift and move stock safely in line with manual handling rules.
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistently high standards.
