Role overview
PepsiCo is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join the Quaker Oats team at its Forrestfield site in Western Australia. This is a permanent full-time position within a global FMCG business known for trusted, well-known brands and a workplace that supports recognition and career development.
Role details
- Location: Forrestfield, Western Australia
- Employment: Permanent full-time
- Shift pattern: Day shift, with the ability to cover afternoon shifts when needed
- Recruitment steps: phone discussion with a recruitment advisor, onsite interview with the manager, background screening and pre-employment medical checks, then a final decision
Key responsibilities
The role involves maintaining accurate loading documentation, meeting daily dispatch targets, handling only finished goods that have been cleared by Quality Control, managing product placed on hold, receiving and tracking packaging materials, keeping warehouse areas hygienic and equipment in working order, and packing sea containers, local market orders, and stockfeed pallets safely and efficiently.
Required qualifications
Applicants should hold a current counterbalance forklift licence, have experience loading containers with slipsheets, and be trained in assessing container quality.
