About the Company
Domino’s began as a single shop in Ypsilanti, Michigan in 1960 and grew steadily into a global pizza brand. What started with a few stores and the now-iconic three dots logo has expanded to more than 18,000 locations worldwide, including 6,300 in the United States. To keep stores supplied, the company operates food supply and dough manufacturing centers across the U.S., Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska, which handle fresh dough, equipment, and supplies for franchise and company-owned stores.
This role sits at the center of that supply chain and supports the movement of product to stores. The position is full time at 40 hours per week and pays $23.00 per hour.

Role Overview
The warehouse associate is responsible for picking orders, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and helping keep product flow accurate, safe, and efficient throughout the facility.
Key Duties

- Clear empty trays from trailers and clean cargo areas by sweeping, washing, and sanitizing them before loading.
- Pre-cool trailers to the required company standard before product is loaded.
- Load trailers according to the worksheet and company loading rules to maximize accuracy and efficiency.
- Mark loaded items with the current date and follow safe material-handling methods using equipment such as forklifts and two-wheeled carts.
- Apply FIFO inventory rotation practices while selecting product.
- Secure freight with load bars or straps and help drivers with pre-departure checks when required.
- Use double-check procedures to confirm trailers are loaded with complete accuracy.
- Pick customer orders and build pallets/skids to reduce the risk of damage in transit.
- Separate frozen, fresh, and dry goods according to shipping standards.
- Wrap pallets properly, label them with customer and delivery-temperature information, and complete bills of lading.
- Receive inbound shipments, compare vendor details with purchase orders, and verify that quantities are correct.
- Maintain receiving logs, record lot numbers, and stamp cases with the receipt date.
- Use FIFO practices during receiving and report any quantity discrepancies to the warehouse manager.
- Keep the warehouse clean and safe through daily cleaning tasks, including boundary lines, floors, garbage removal, and cardboard handling.
- Carry out daily physical inventory counts, document damaged or spoiled goods, and complete re-counts to keep records accurate.
- Perform other assigned warehouse tasks as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Forklift experience is considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to count, verify, and confirm quantities accurately.
- A proactive, initiative-driven approach to preventing problems.
- A team-focused mindset with a strong commitment to safety.
- Availability to work any shift within a 24-hour day across a 7-day week.
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally.
- Capability to handle heavy pushing and pulling of product.
- Comfort working on ladders, platforms, and equipment while maintaining balance.
- Willingness to work in refrigerated areas, extreme temperatures, and around loud machinery and vibration, both indoors and outdoors.
- Ability to work in environments where yeast and flour are present.
