Role Overview
This position is for a wealth manager who will support both business clients and individual clients with tailored financial and wealth solutions. The role is based in Singapore and is intended for candidates who already have full working rights locally, as there is no sponsorship or work pass support.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will help clients in the mass affluent and high net worth segments by building, managing, and growing long-term relationships. The work includes delivering financial and wealth solutions across both B2B and B2C settings, supporting business succession and valuation planning, and handling investment portfolio management, estate planning, and execution. The role also involves developing suitable risk and wealth management strategies for clients.
Training and Support
Successful applicants will receive close mentorship, a structured three-month training programme led by experienced leaders, and support for business development and digital client acquisition.
Benefits and Incentives
The role offers a fixed monthly allowance of up to $6,000, along with uncapped commission and the potential to build lifetime passive income. Other advantages include fully sponsored certifications, yearly convention trips to desirable destinations for qualifying performers, a supportive work environment with the option to work from home, team-building incentives, overseas learning conferences, and a pathway to team lead within one to two years. Candidates moving from other financial services roles may also be eligible for transitional allowances.
Eligibility and Requirements
Applicants must have full working rights in Singapore and should not require sponsorship or a work pass. The employer is open to candidates with no prior experience, as full training and mentorship will be provided. Suitable educational backgrounds include A Level, Polytechnic, IB Diploma, or a degree or higher in any discipline. Prior experience in financial services is welcome, and a basic ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage when dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients. This opportunity may suit fresh entrants, career switchers seeking greater control over earnings and time, and experienced finance professionals.
