- Develop visual assets such as graphics, icons, brand elements, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain strict alignment with the company’s brand standards across all web pages and digital assets.
- Partner with developers, marketers, and internal stakeholders to bring digital concepts to life.
- Check designs for proper functionality, browser compatibility, and responsive behavior.
- Manage time effectively and maintain a strong eye for detail while working under production demands.
- Collect needed information from the digital team, purchasing team, vendors, and management to complete projects.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in web design, supported by a strong portfolio of relevant work.
- Ability to work with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design practices.
- Optional familiarity with basic JavaScript or content management systems like WordPress or Shopify.
- Strong visual sense with attention to typography, color, and layout.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams while handling several projects at once.
Why Join The Brick?
- Access to a flexible and comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and paramedical coverage for employees and their families.
- Competitive pay that will be based on experience.
- Opportunities for career growth along with ongoing personal and professional development.
- Employee discount benefits.
- A lively workplace where leadership skills can be demonstrated.
