Role Overview
This is a permanent web developer position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Communications, or a closely related discipline is expected.
- The role calls for 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing technology, website administration, CRM support, or marketing operations.
- Applicants should have practical experience managing corporate websites on WordPress, including work through cPanel or comparable hosting platforms.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing and CRM tools is required, especially in campaign setup, audience segmentation, automated journeys, and results reporting.
- A good grasp of core web concepts is necessary, including HTML/CSS basics, DNS setup, SSL certificates, hosting environments, security measures, and methods for improving site performance.
- Experience with WordPress maintenance tasks such as core upgrades, plugin updates, configuration adjustments, and third-party integrations is important.
- The position also requires comfort with analytics and tracking tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and CRM reporting dashboards.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and user experience/user interface best practices is also expected.
