Role overview
This position is centered on creating a welcoming and memorable guest journey rather than handling only routine check-in and check-out tasks. The role involves actively supporting guests throughout their stay by coordinating services, responding to requests, handling operational needs, and sharing useful local information so that every interaction feels integrated into the overall experience.
Key duties
The Guest Experience Expert is expected to take initiative, move freely around the workspace as needed, and provide a broad range of guest-facing support. Success in the role depends on delivering service that is smooth, helpful, and aligned with the brand’s standards.

Regardless of position, team members are expected to contribute to a safe working environment, follow company policies and procedures, protect confidential information, safeguard company property, maintain quality standards, and present themselves professionally through appearance, communication, and conduct.
Physical expectations
The role requires remaining on your feet and moving throughout the shift, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods. It also involves hands-on tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Preferred education and experience
A high school diploma or GED-equivalent qualification is preferred. No prior work experience is required, and there is no supervisory experience requirement. No license or certification is needed.
