Role Overview
An international fashion retailer with a strong digital-first approach is hiring an HRIT Engineer to strengthen its Workday platform. The role sits within a collaborative team focused on HR technology and digital transformation across a multi-market business.
What You’ll Do
- Set up, maintain, and improve Workday modules such as HCM, Recruitment, Performance, Absence, and Time Tracking.
- Handle system enhancements, integrations, reporting, and security/user access administration.
- Investigate and fix Workday issues, while guiding users through support and training.
- Create HR reports and dashboards that help with workforce planning and business decisions.
- Maintain reliable data, support compliance, and look for ways to streamline processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders on HR technology projects and Workday release upgrades.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in HR, IT, Business, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 3 years of practical experience handling Workday HCM configuration and support.
- Solid knowledge of Workday business processes, reporting, and security controls.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exposure to multiple Workday modules will be considered a strong advantage.
