What you will do
- Build a data-led staffing vision for the team or business and turn it into scalable talent strategies that attract strong and diverse candidates while keeping hiring and workforce costs low.
- Design and improve labor acquisition approaches, including employee class planning, labor pool use, conversion strategies, and other recruiting channels across Amazon businesses.
- Work closely with site leadership and cross-functional teams such as Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and related workflow groups to align staffing with operational needs.

- Review daily, weekly, and monthly workforce staffing reports and track performance through key metrics and KPIs.
- Forecast labor demand and create staffing plans that can scale with business needs and build the right resource capacity.
- Adapt staffing strategies as business requirements change, using hiring event planning and expected attendance trends.
- Lead projects and programs of growing size and complexity through to completion.
- Define KPI targets, monitor key measures, and prioritize work to meet or exceed business service-level expectations.
- Travel as needed to support hiring events in different locations within the assigned node or geographic area.
- Own and manage cost-per-hire budgets, including spending on labor acquisition, advertising, and other talent acquisition expenses in the node.

- Help deliver strong associate experience service levels and reduce defects through hiring outcomes.
- Partner with site Finance Managers and Operations Leaders to forecast and plan labor demand.
