Role overview
rosslight GmbH is hiring a working student in Rostock to contribute at the point where engineering meets business. In this role, you will support the team with hands-on tasks in technical projects while also helping with planning and coordination.
What you will do
- Contribute to live engineering projects and assist with coordination and planning activities.
- Learn how product development and day-to-day operational processes work in practice.
- Review existing internal workflows and help identify ways to make them more efficient and structured.
- Work side by side with engineering and project teams to keep tasks moving forward.
- Own assigned work independently and bring in your own ideas.
- Use a flexible schedule that can be arranged around your university commitments, with no fixed working hours.

This position is based in Rostock, Mecklenburg-West Pomerania, Germany. It is a part-time onsite working student role.
