Role Summary

This full-time, on-location Writer role is based in the Greater Visakhapatnam Area. The selected candidate will develop thoughtful, engaging, and well-researched content for the Coding Ninjas 10X Club audience. The role involves producing articles, blog posts, and other content types, working closely with different teams on content planning, researching topics in depth, and making sure every piece reflects the organization’s tone, goals, and values.

What You Will Do

• Write compelling, audience-focused content across formats such as articles and blogs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to shape and execute content ideas and strategy.
• Research topics thoroughly to ensure accuracy, depth, and relevance.
• Maintain consistency with the brand voice, mission, and organizational messaging.
• Review and refine content to improve clarity, grammar, and overall quality.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience or strong capability in creative writing, web content writing, and business writing.
• Ability to support research work and contribute to content strategy planning.
• Good command over editing, proofreading, and grammar accuracy.
• Understanding of digital marketing and content marketing principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with good organization.
• Comfortable writing in a way that reflects brand identity and organizational values.
• Experience using content management systems (CMS) will be considered an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Literature, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
