Job description

Company overview

Groupe DREAMERS works with agricultural cooperatives and allied organizations through strategy advisory, financial consulting, and customized training. Its mission is to help build stronger, more resilient cooperative ecosystems while improving operational performance and long-term value. The workplace values teamwork, shared learning, and continuous development in support of the agricultural sector.

Role summary

This is a full-time, on-site writing position in Auckland. The selected candidate will produce polished English content across a variety of formats, including reports, articles, case studies, training resources, website copy, and marketing materials.

What you will do

The role involves researching subjects linked to agricultural cooperatives, strategy, finance, and training; drafting and refining content; interviewing internal specialists and clients; and turning complex ideas into clear, reader-friendly language for different audiences. You will also work closely with consultants, trainers, and marketing colleagues to keep messaging accurate, consistent, and aligned with business objectives. Meeting deadlines, maintaining quality standards, and contributing fresh storytelling and knowledge-sharing ideas are also key parts of the job.

Qualifications and background

Applicants should have a strong base in writing, editing, and proofreading, along with the ability to create clear and error-free content. You should be comfortable researching information, distilling technical material, and adjusting tone and format for reports, learning content, digital channels, and stakeholder communications. The position also calls for organized planning, effective interview skills, and the ability to incorporate feedback constructively.

Additional expectations

Experience working with content planning or strategy is useful, as is the ability to arrange information logically around organizational priorities. You should be confident using common productivity and collaboration tools, manage several assignments at once, and work well under pressure in a fast-moving environment. An academic background in Communications, Journalism, Languages, Business, Agriculture, or a related discipline is helpful, though equivalent professional experience is also acceptable. Interest or prior exposure to agriculture, cooperatives, strategy, finance, or education and training is an advantage. The role also requires the ability to contribute positively in a diverse, multidisciplinary, and inclusive team environment.
