About the Role

Discovery Dunes Golf Club is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Youth Program Coordinator to orchestrate engaging activities, camps, family gatherings, and outdoor adventures for its members and their families. This position offers a unique chance to inspire young individuals, craft enduring memories, and deliver exceptional experiences within a premier private lifestyle community in Dubai. The role involves planning and executing diverse programs, ensuring a safe and fun environment, and fostering strong relationships with members.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement captivating children's programs, camps, outdoor excursions, and family events.
• Design enjoyable, secure, and memorable activities that keep children actively involved and entertained.
• Assist with water-based activities and outdoor recreational initiatives.
• Cultivate robust connections with members and their families through outstanding service delivery.
• Guarantee that all activities adhere to safety, health, and safeguarding standards.
• Spearhead themed events, holiday camps, seasonal activities, and special family occasions.
• Adapt program offerings based on weather conditions, participant capabilities, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of all events and activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of three years of experience in youth programming, children's clubs, outdoor activities, camps, recreation, hospitality, sports clubs, or similar leisure settings.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with children and families.
• Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal engagement skills.
• Have prior experience leading group activities, camps, sports, or adventure-based programs.
• Be a confident swimmer capable of safely supporting water-based activities.
• First Aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and outgoing demeanor.
• Ability to remain composed and professional in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and during special events.
