About the role
INTECH Automation Intelligence is looking for a Zoho Developer to strengthen its team in Riyadh. This position focuses on building, tailoring, and improving business applications on the Zoho platform so that different internal functions can operate more efficiently. The role calls for practical experience with Zoho tools, Deluge scripting, automation, and integrations with other systems.

Key responsibilities
- Create and support custom solutions in Zoho Creator, including forms, reports, pages, dashboards, and workflow logic.
- Adapt Zoho CRM components such as modules, layouts, fields, validation rules, custom buttons, and interface elements to fit business needs.
- Write and maintain Deluge scripts for business rules, scheduled jobs, and automation flows.
- Develop custom functions, views, and system integrations using Zoho APIs and external services.
- Build automated workflows, approval chains, email alerts, and task reminders.
- Connect Zoho applications with outside platforms like Shopify, Slack, Mailchimp, QuickBooks, and other REST API-based systems.
- Set up and manage two-way synchronization between Zoho tools and external databases or platforms.
- Track integration behavior and improve reliability, speed, and data accuracy.
- Investigate and fix issues in existing Zoho applications, automations, and integrations.
- Improve application performance, access permissions, security settings, roles, profiles, and sharing controls.
- Prepare clear technical documentation for customizations, workflows, and integrations.
- Support users with ongoing enhancements and day-to-day application assistance.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other teams to collect requirements.
- Convert business needs into technical designs and scalable Zoho-based solutions.
- Conduct user training and help teams adopt Zoho platforms successfully.
- Identify ways to improve processes and increase efficiency through automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a similar field; equivalent hands-on experience may also be accepted.
- At least 3 years of practical experience within the Zoho ecosystem, including tools such as Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Inventory, Desk, Analytics, or similar applications.
- Direct experience creating custom applications, workflows, and integrations on Zoho platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of Deluge scripting, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML, and third-party integrations.
- Experience with Zoho Blueprints, workflow rules, macros, and related automation methods.
- Comfort with SQL-like logic, reporting, and data analysis in Zoho applications.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting ability.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders effectively.
- Capability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality output.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects in a busy environment.
- Collaborative approach with a mindset for improvement and innovation.
- Preferred: Zoho Creator Certified Developer, Zoho CRM Certified Professional, or other relevant Zoho certifications.
- Preferred: Experience with Zoho Analytics for dashboards and reports.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript for advanced automation and integration work.
- Preferred: Exposure to enterprise applications and digital transformation projects.
