About the internship
This is a hands-on craft internship with a handmade business based in Mahim, Mumbai. The work involves creating a range of artisanal products such as resin art, home decor pieces, crochet bags and flowers, and gifting items.
What you will do
- Learn the making process quickly and carry out the tasks independently using the materials and guidance provided.
- Focus on producing items accurately and consistently, since product quality is a key priority.
- Manage your time well and complete items efficiently, as compensation is linked to the number of pieces made.
- Work within the creator’s design ownership rules and avoid reproducing, publishing, or using the designs and ideas as your own on social media.
Compensation
The role follows a mixed pay structure. A base stipend of INR 2,000 per month is guaranteed, and the remaining amount can increase based on the number of items completed. The overall stipend range is INR 7,000 to INR 17,000 per month.
