About the Role

A nonprofit organization is looking for a temporary Administrative Assistant to provide broad support across day-to-day office and coordination tasks. This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension.

  • Assist with student club activities, including event coordination and logistical planning.
  • Support a variety of operational tasks to help maintain an efficient workflow.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience is needed; 3 years is preferred.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Teams, along with basic familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Strong organizational ability and comfort handling a high volume of tasks.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
