What You Will Do

In this role, you will support the store leadership team in bringing the company’s values and customer commitments to life through day-to-day coaching, guidance, and example-setting. You will help drive a positive team environment while supporting the rollout of sales and merchandising plans.

• Support loss-prevention activity, including prevention measures and related investigations.
• Help manage stock, pricing, and merchandising so the department can deliver stronger sales results.
• Contribute to meeting sales targets and budget expectations for your department.

What You Bring
