Job summary
As Assistant Manager in Reservations, you will support the Director of Revenue with the day-to-day operations of the reservations function. You will coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, and other Rooms Division teams to optimize room revenue through strong inventory management, while ensuring guest service remains consistent with Hyatt brand expectations.
Qualifications
A relevant academic qualification is required. The role calls for strong interpersonal ability, a service-minded approach, and the confidence to build positive guest relationships. Experience in international luxury hotel environments is important, as the position requires comfort working across different cultures and settings.
