Role overview
Bank of Singapore is looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager to support Relationship Managers who serve private banking clients in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering smooth client service, helping with day-to-day account and transaction activity, and ensuring work is handled with professionalism and strong compliance awareness.
What you will do
- Support Relationship Managers with client servicing across the private banking portfolio.
- Work within the bank’s internal policies and procedures, including AML, regulatory compliance, sales controls, and related requirements.
- Contribute to positive client outcomes throughout the client lifecycle, such as account opening, trade coordination, and periodic account reviews.
- Handle client questions and instructions, and resolve most routine issues and service requests.
- Maintain a high standard of integrity, professionalism, and conduct in all business activities.
- Follow the rules and obligations set by the relevant regulatory authorities at all times.
What the role requires
This position calls for someone with prior exposure to client servicing, operations, or sales support in a financial institution. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a busy environment, communicate clearly, and build good client relationships while staying calm, empathetic, and resilient under pressure.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in client servicing, operations, or sales support within financial institutions.
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma from a recognized institution.
- Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication ability, and confidence in dealing with clients.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-moving environment while staying empathetic, motivated, and resilient.
