The Opportunity
The Ned Doha is seeking an energetic and people-oriented Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager to support the attraction, engagement, and hiring of talented professionals who can deliver an exceptional guest and team experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys recruitment, relationship-building, and creating a smooth and positive journey for every candidate.
Key Duties
You will contribute to the hotel’s recruitment strategy and work closely with department leaders to identify and bring in strong talent. A core part of the role is ensuring candidates are treated with professionalism, warmth, and consistency throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Handle the recruitment process from start to finish for various hotel departments.
- Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and advise on recruitment approach.
- Find candidates through job portals, social platforms, networking, referrals, and hiring events.
- Carry out interviews and organize assessments during the selection process.
- Create and maintain talent pools for immediate and future hiring requirements.
- Support and strengthen the hotel’s employer brand to attract high-quality hospitality professionals.
- Ensure applicants have a smooth, engaging, and professional experience from first contact through onboarding.
- Track recruitment activity and prepare reports on hiring performance and progress.
- Assist with recruitment campaigns, branding activities, career fairs, and open days.
- Make sure all hiring activity follows company procedures and applicable local labour rules.
Requirements
- Prior experience in talent acquisition, preferably in luxury hospitality or hotel environments.
- Background in supporting or supervising a recruitment team.
- Strong interview skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong relationship-building capability.
- A proactive, highly organised, and practical approach to problem-solving.
- Comfort handling several vacancies at once in a busy, fast-moving setting.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and modern recruitment practices.
- Genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and for identifying the right people for the business.
