Role overview
This is a remote W2 contract opportunity for an Associate Recruiter supporting a client in the United States. The assignment is expected to run for 6+ months, with a Monday through Friday schedule totaling 40 hours each week. The compensation range is $33 to $38 per hour.
The recruiter will take ownership of end-to-end hiring support and work closely with hiring managers to source, engage, evaluate, and hire talent across corporate, operations, customer service, finance, technology, engineering, and field service roles. Success in this position requires a strong relationship-building approach, a fast-moving mindset, and a commitment to delivering a smooth candidate journey.

The position calls for someone who can manage the full recruiting desk, including recruiting, compliance, and onboarding tasks.
