Role Overview

The UAE refurbishment team is hiring a skilled Auto Denter to help return vehicles to a high-quality, showroom-ready condition. This role sits within the refurbishment function and requires hands-on body repair expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently without compromising standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair dents, dings, and panel damage using panel-beating tools, dollies, hammers, and paintless dent repair methods.
• Evaluate vehicle damage accurately and decide on the most suitable repair approach for each job.
• Prepare surfaces by applying filler, sanding, and feathering areas so they are ready for painting.
• Meet turnaround-time targets while maintaining strong workmanship and repair quality.
• Fill out job cards correctly and coordinate effectively with the paint team.
• Identify and report any concealed or extra damage discovered during the repair process.
• Maintain a tidy, organised, and safe work area at all times.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of practical experience as a panel beater or auto denter.
• Strong command of both conventional panel-beating techniques and paintless dent repair (PDR).
• Prior experience in a high-volume workshop or used-car refurbishment environment is an added advantage.
• Vocational training or a diploma in auto body repair or a related discipline is preferred.
• Good visual judgement and a careful approach to surface finish and detailing.
• Ability to stay physically fit, work well in a team, and handle time pressure while keeping quality intact.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.

Additional Information

Pay is not specified beyond being competitive and in line with market standards. This is a full-time, onsite position in Sharjah, Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
