Bartender

Role Overview

This position is with a global luxury hotel brand known for creating refined, guest-focused experiences. The property in Doha sits on a private beach, surrounded by landscaped gardens, and includes multiple restaurants, leisure facilities, a pool, and a spa. The hotel is positioned close to central Doha, major business and government offices, the exhibition and convention centre, City Center Mall, and Doha Golf Club.

The role is centered on delivering high-quality beverage service while contributing to smooth restaurant operations and an exceptional guest experience.

Key Duties

• Mix and serve drinks to a consistently high standard, while actively promoting beverage offers and specials to guests.
• Coordinate with restaurant teammates to ensure food service runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Prepare the bar for service by replenishing stock, organizing supplies, tracking inventory, and confirming that all equipment is functioning properly.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and secure bar area, including safe handling of alcohol.
• Process cash and card payments accurately.

Skills and Experience Needed

• Ability to prepare a broad variety of drinks, preferably supported by formal bartending training.
• Willingness to work late nights and weekends as required.
• Good physical fitness to support the demands of the role.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, welcoming manner that helps create a memorable guest experience.
