Business Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a data-oriented Business Analyst to join a fast-moving, collaborative organization. In this position, you will work closely with business leaders to convert data into practical insights that support better decisions and stronger operational results. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and helping shape how a business runs.

The role is full-time and based on site, with occasional travel to global locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional partners to understand business needs and spot opportunities for improvement.
• Examine operational and financial data to identify patterns, gaps, and usable insights.
• Create, update, and support dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI.
• Convert business needs into clear reporting requirements and data solutions.
• Help establish and standardize reporting practices across the organization.
• Support process improvement efforts by providing recommendations backed by data.
• Provide on-demand reports and analysis to address changing business priorities.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary training in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related area.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a comparable role.
• Advanced experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms.
• Solid business understanding and experience working in data-driven environments.
• Experience in manufacturing or operations settings will be considered an advantage.
