Business Process Specialist

Overview

This is a U.S.-based Business Process Specialist position for a partner organization. Applications and subsequent hiring steps are handled by that employer. The role brings together data analysis, operational improvement, and technical support to help field technologies and internal systems operate smoothly and improve over time.

You will turn operational information into practical insights that shape service quality, process efficiency, and customer results. The position involves close collaboration with technical, software, and leadership teams to uncover root causes, spot inefficiencies, and recommend changes that strengthen reliability and scalability. A key part of the job is also helping build and refine training programs for technical teams so that execution stays consistent and knowledge is shared effectively across the organization.

Key accountabilities

• Review operational, technical, and service performance data to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and root causes that affect reliability and business performance.
• Gather, organize, and interpret information from multiple systems in partnership with Technical Services and Software Development teams.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visual displays that improve decision-making and operational clarity.
• Convert complex data into straightforward, actionable recommendations for leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Build, revise, and maintain technical training content for service teams so it stays aligned with changing tools and workflows.
• Track how effective training is and update learning materials based on feedback and operational requirements.
• Record processes, workflows, and system needs to support repeatability and growth.
• Work with leadership to identify and advance process improvements across CRM platforms, service tools, and operational systems.
• Help implement and optimize business systems and tools such as CRM and field service platforms.
• Coordinate with software and technical teams to ensure improvements and data-driven initiatives are rolled out successfully.

Requirements

• Background in business process analysis, operations, data analysis, or another cross-functional technical role.
• Strong capability to interpret data and turn it into reports, insights, and recommendations that drive action.
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to document workflows, processes, and technical requirements in a clear and structured way.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to handle several projects at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort using CRM systems, operational tools, and data platforms.
• Prior collaboration with engineering, software, or technical services teams is an advantage.
• Exposure to IoT, field services, energy systems, or similar technical environments is a plus.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and focused on solving problems.
