Channel Manager

Role Overview

Scale AI is hiring a Channel Manager to lead and expand its partner and channel network in Qatar. In this position, you will identify, develop, and nurture relationships with technology partners, system integrators, and resellers that help broaden the company’s footprint in the market. Working alongside the Country Lead and the wider go-to-market organisation, you will help build a partner ecosystem that supports Scale’s mission in Qatar and creates measurable value for government and enterprise clients.

This is a high-responsibility role in a strategically important market where your work will influence how institutions and organisations in Qatar adopt and benefit from AI. The role sits at the intersection of national AI priorities and enterprise transformation, and it requires strong market presence and partner leadership.

What You Will Be Doing

• Creating and managing the channel partner network in Qatar by finding, onboarding, and developing global and local system integrators, technology partners, and value-added resellers aligned with Scale AI’s priorities.
• Generating partner-led pipeline and revenue by spotting opportunities with partners, shaping joint go-to-market plans, and helping move deals forward in government and enterprise accounts.
• Designing and carrying out joint business plans with important partners, including clear goals, aligned priorities, and accountability for results.
• Equipping partners to represent Scale AI effectively by building and delivering training, certification, and enablement programmes that improve product and solution understanding.
• Acting as the main relationship contact for channel partners in Qatar and building strong executive-level trust that positions Scale as a long-term strategic ally.
• Partnering with sales, solutions engineering, marketing, and the Country Lead to make sure channel activities support the broader market strategy in Qatar.
• Monitoring, reporting, and improving channel performance through accurate pipeline tracking, partner KPI oversight, and continuous programme refinement based on data and market input.
• Representing Scale AI at events, forums, and partner meetings across Qatar to strengthen the brand and expand the network in a relationship-driven market.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in channel management, partner development, or enterprise go-to-market positions in the technology sector.
• A proven history of building and growing channel ecosystems in the Gulf region, with strong familiarity with Qatar’s market, institutions, and partner landscape.
• A solid grasp of AI, data, and enterprise software, with the ability to explain Scale AI’s value clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship-management skills, with the confidence to engage credibly at C-suite and ministry level.
• A highly organised, metrics-oriented approach, with experience managing complex partner portfolios, pipeline reports, and performance data accurately.
• Full fluency in Arabic and English, spoken and written, along with the cultural awareness needed to work effectively across varied stakeholder groups.
• Current residence in Doha, Qatar, or willingness to relocate, since this is an on-site role requiring active presence in the market.

Preferred Background

• Previous experience with a major technology company operating in Qatar or the wider GCC, especially in channel, partnerships, or public sector go-to-market roles.
• Established relationships with important system integrators, technology partners, or government bodies in Qatar.
• Exposure to AI platforms, data infrastructure, or enterprise software environments.
• Experience supporting or working within a national AI strategy or digital transformation programme.
