Working pattern

Duties

• Keep all customer, toilet, bar, kitchen, staff, and outdoor areas clean to a high standard.
• Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties in line with the agreed procedures.
• Use cleaning products and equipment correctly and safely.
• Track cleaning stock levels and alert the manager when supplies need replenishing.
• Report maintenance problems and pest-control concerns to the manager on duty.
• Greet customers politely and interact in a friendly, professional manner.
• Complete induction, job-specific, and refresher training, while also contributing to ongoing improvements.

Pay and benefits

The salary is £12.91. Benefits include a competitive rate of pay, a free meal and drink while on shift, a 20% discount on food, drinks, and hotel accommodation for you and up to three guests when off duty, an additional £1 per hour for work between midnight and 5:59am, a bonus scheme worth up to 19% of pay, access to guaranteed-hours or variable-hours contracts, paid holiday, free shares after a qualifying period, and a loyalty reward scheme.
