About the Role

A prominent EFx/FX aggregator is looking for a Client Service Consultant to become a valuable member of their APAC Team. This position requires direct client interaction, a deep understanding of their technical design solutions, and providing support throughout the implementation process.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges.
Analyze and comprehend client technical design solutions.
Provide comprehensive assistance to clients during the implementation phase.
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and support requests.
Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Requirements

Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments.
Experience with Shell scripting.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C++, and Java.
Familiarity with the FIX Protocol.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Additional Information

This is an onsite position located in Singapore, Singapore.
