What You’ll Do

  • Design and roll out community engagement plans that reflect brand values and support business goals, with a strong focus on the EV market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with important community members, brand champions, and influencers in the electric vehicle ecosystem.
  • Grow the company’s presence across social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, along with forums and possibly a dedicated brand community space.
  • Plan, create, and manage content such as posts, videos, infographics, webinars, and articles for different audiences and platforms, highlighting EV technology, sustainability, lifestyle, and product benefits.
  • Keep all content aligned with the company’s tone, messaging, and brand identity.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 4 years of experience in community management, social media management, or a closely related role, ideally in automotive, technology, or sustainable energy.
  • A genuine interest in electric vehicles, sustainable technology, and environmental responsibility.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with strong storytelling ability and the capacity to build rapport.
  • Strong people skills, along with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Comfort using social platforms and community tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, and Sprout Social.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret data and turn insights into action plans.
  • A creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
