Role Overview

Zuhair Fayez is hiring a Contracts Specialist for its Jeddah office in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on contract preparation, tendering, and public-sector procurement activities.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or another closely related field is required.
Candidates should have at least 7 years of professional experience in relevant contract and procurement work.
Experience must include drafting and reviewing RFPs, technical specifications, and tender documents.
Strong background in government procurement and tendering processes is necessary.
Hands-on familiarity with the Etimad Platform and Saudi Government Procurement Law is required.
The role also calls for experience in contract evaluation and contract administration.
Applicants should be able to prepare and assess contract terms and conditions.
Knowledge of public-sector procurement, competition procedures, and contracting regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is essential.
