Role Summary

The Customer Support Representative will handle service and support requests from B2C members while keeping customer information accurate and aligned with regulatory rules and internal procedures.

Work Schedule

This position requires comfort with an overnight shift from 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST.

Key Responsibilities

• Address member questions, concerns, and technical issues through phone, email, and chat, while following applicable regulatory guidelines and company processes.
• Share information about Dario’s products and services and identify suitable opportunities for upselling.
• Enter and maintain customer records carefully and in line with compliance requirements.
• Provide service that is courteous, patient, and respectful of different cultures and backgrounds.
• Work closely with global teams across multiple time zones to support a smooth member experience.
• Take on additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Strong command of spoken and written English; knowledge of an additional regional language, such as Spanish, will be considered an advantage.
• Good telephone manner and professional call-handling skills.
• Solid ability to stay organized, manage time well, and communicate clearly.
• Capability to understand, analyze, absorb, and explain complex information.
• Comfort using technology, including web-based tools and mobile applications.
• Previous experience in customer service or support is required.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.

Remote Work Requirements

• Access to a quiet, private, and distraction-free home office space.
• Reliable high-speed internet with at least 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed.
• Self-discipline and the ability to work independently from home.
