Data Analyst

Core Responsibilities

• Gather information from multiple sources, then clean, verify, and analyze it for accuracy and usefulness.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visual summaries that align with business objectives.
• Spot patterns, trends, and opportunities across large and complex datasets.
• Turn analytical results into clear, practical recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business priorities and reporting needs.
• Track key performance indicators and share regular updates on performance.
• Help improve data quality by finding inconsistencies and suggesting corrective actions.
• Support the development of data models and analytical structures.
• Present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences in a concise and compelling manner.

Candidate Profile

• A bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Prior work experience as a Data Analyst or in a comparable analytical position.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Understanding of statistical methods and data interpretation.
• Exposure to Python or R will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple assignments and stay on schedule in a fast-moving environment.
