- Maintain consistent operating standards and best-practice procedures, including technical documentation and automation support.

- Provide practical, on-site facility support whenever needed.
Incident and Emergency Response
- Analyze incident reports, prepare trend summaries, and share recommendations and status updates with management.
- Coordinate information during incidents and keep leadership informed with regular progress updates.
- Work with vendors to resolve emergency issues, including traveling to site when required to investigate and fix problems.
- Support safe, secure 24x7 operations without affecting availability.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot facility-level and rack-level issues within internal SLA targets.
- Carry out rack installations, rack removals, and MEP-related facility tasks.
- Collect and report operational readings and key performance indicators.
- Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and vendors on site to ensure work follows approved procedures, practices, and local legal requirements.
- Monitor maintenance and operations for electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety systems in the data center.
- Adapt to changing schedules based on site needs; shifts may run up to 12 hours and follow a predefined rotation.
