Role overview
LG Electronics Singapore is expanding its business and is seeking a Demand Planner to support forecasting, purchasing, shipment monitoring, and the management of LG and channel PSI operations. The role is focused on delivering strong analysis to support S&OP processes and partnering closely with Sales and Marketing to make sure planning procedures are consistently followed.
Demand planning and analysis
- Prepare and share weekly and monthly PSI analysis reports, and work with Sales and Marketing to assess sales performance and inventory position.
- Leverage PSI management tools such as GSCP and GDMI to examine sales forecasts and shipment plans.
KPI management
- Track SFA / Channel PSI coverage, inventory performance, DIO, and aging stock, then analyze issue areas by model to improve KPI outcomes.
- Issue weekly PSI KPI reports to communicate results and findings.
S&OP coordination
- Contribute statistical analysis on sell-out trends and channel stock levels for S&OP discussions.
- Review pending matters and action items with all stakeholders during meetings.
- Refresh and evaluate channel PSI sell-out analysis and support overall forecasting reviews.
EOL and NPI product management
- Stay updated on PRM and track sales and inventory status for End-of-Life and New Product Introduction items.
Inventory and shipment control
- Review long-term inventory and DIO regularly to keep stock levels optimized.
- Monitor shipment plans and product shortages to reduce supply issues and support efficient inventory management.

Requirements
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in SCM, inventory planning, or order management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed planning and coordination skills.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Quick to learn and able to work well in a team.
