Desired Background

A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required, with preference for candidates from Operations, Supply Chain, or a similar field. The position calls for practical knowledge of BOM checking and material verification, ERP-based stock entry and dispatch handling, team supervision, inventory control, and clear communication with reporting ability. Basic computer skills, especially in ERP and Excel, are also needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Review BOMs in line with dispatch requirements and confirm that production has been completed as specified.
• Spot missing items, shortages, or unfinished work in the production flow and coordinate with the Production team to close gaps.
• Make sure all materials needed for dispatch are available before the movement of goods begins.
• Work closely with stores and production teams to keep material availability on track and prevent dispatch delays.
• Lead and supervise dispatch helpers during loading and unloading to ensure safe and efficient handling.
• Maintain timely and orderly dispatch execution with proper material movement.
• Update stock entries in ERP before dispatch and check that quantities and stock records match accurately.
• Keep dispatch paperwork and records organized and up to date.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure dispatch operations run without disruption.
• Escalate shortages, delays, or other dispatch-related issues to management as needed.
• Maintain discipline and workflow standards within the dispatch area.
