In this position, you will work closely with merchandising, supply chain, logistics, and retail partners to improve inventory flow, support new collection launches, and help drive the performance of ongoing product lines and high-end events.
The role calls for a balanced distribution approach that supports commercial goals while also strengthening overall business performance. You will report to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain, Les Extraordinaires.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with merchandising, logistics, repair centers, and headquarters supply chain teams to coordinate distribution for both existing and newly introduced products.
- Track order execution and stock-target achievement, helping maximize sales while giving retail and merchandising teams clear visibility into inventory status.
- Work with retail teams to improve sales outcomes and manage inventory-related cross-functional activities.
- Oversee the full supply chain process for high-end events to ensure smooth and reliable execution.
- Continuously review sales results to improve stock positioning, rebalance inventory, manage offers, and control overstock across the retail network.
- Collaborate with repair center teams to develop approaches that improve repairability and marketability, supporting stronger operational efficiency.
- Spot and implement process improvements that reduce lead times and enhance supply chain performance.
- Build, maintain, and enhance tools, dashboards, and KPI reporting to support day-to-day operations and better decision-making.
- Use analytics and database tools such as Power BI, SQL, and related programming languages to support continuous improvement efforts.
Candidate profile
- At least 3 to 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis, supply chain, and distribution, with a strong record of improving complex processes.
- Advanced capability in analytical and business intelligence tools, including Excel, SQL, and Power BI, with the ability to turn complex data into practical insights and recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a mindset focused on continuous improvement in fast-moving, high-value environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present detailed information clearly to different audiences.
- A collaborative team player who contributes positively to a productive working environment.
- Interest in the luxury sector and an understanding of its supply chain expectations, client standards, and brand integrity.
- Additional language skills are considered a strong advantage.
Compensation and benefits
The selected candidate will receive a salary between USD 110,000 and USD 130,000 per year, along with the possibility of a bonus. The benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, short- and long-term disability, several paid time off programs, employee discount/perks, and two retirement plans with employer contributions.
