Role overview
Our partner company is hiring an Ed-Tech Project Manager to be based in Ireland. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can oversee delivery, improve operations, and help scale a digital learning business focused on workforce development and career change.
You will be responsible for running multiple learning tracks, improving the student journey, and supporting growth across new markets and audiences. The position blends project delivery, operational management, and strategic expansion work. It is well suited to an entrepreneurial professional who enjoys fast-moving environments and wants a pathway toward senior leadership with meaningful business impact.
What you will do
- Run the daily operations of a virtual learning platform and keep the student experience strong.
- Coordinate the delivery of several training programs by aligning instructors, resources, and support functions.
- Build and execute plans for international expansion, including adding multilingual content and improving market reach.
- Hire, onboard, train, and guide cross-functional team members across remote setups.
- Improve student acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue through better processes and new initiatives.
- Define, track, and review KPIs to measure program performance and spot areas for improvement.
- Create scalable operating systems and workflows that support efficient, sustainable growth.
- Work with leadership to ensure education initiatives support wider business goals and long-term strategy.
- Spot opportunities for product upgrades, market growth, and organizational development.
What we are looking for
- Background in Project Management, Product Management, Operations Management, or a comparable leadership position in EdTech, e-learning, SaaS, or a related field.
- Strong ability to organize work, manage projects, and juggle several priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience building, managing, and scaling remote or distributed teams.
- A strategic and commercially aware mindset, with the ability to contribute to growth plans.
- Entrepreneurial ownership of both operational and business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfort using data and performance metrics to guide decisions and improve results.
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
- Experience in workforce development, vocational training, education programs, or trade-related industries is an advantage.
- Bilingual communication skills, especially English and Spanish, are a plus.
