Executive support

- Act as a polished liaison for executives with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Draft and review communications on behalf of leadership.
- Build effective working relationships across the organization to keep information and tasks moving smoothly.
Office and team support
- Work with People, Operations, Finance, and other departments when support is needed.
- Assist with onboarding activities connected to executive stakeholders.
- Contribute to a well-organized, productive, and positive workplace environment.
Qualifications
The employer is looking for a candidate with 5 to 8+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in fast-moving or high-growth settings. Strong organization, problem-solving, multitasking, written and verbal communication, professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence are important.
