Field Sales Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE

Vardhaman Sanitary is hiring a Field Sales Executive to help expand its customer base and strengthen business relationships in Pune. The company works with plumbing and sanitary solutions, offering a wide range of products such as faucets, sanitaryware, GI fittings, pipes, and accessories. The role suits someone who is energetic, target-oriented, and comfortable handling customer conversations in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and nurture relationships with both prospective and existing customers to support sales growth.
• Source new business through lead generation, networking, and cold outreach.
• Showcase products through demonstrations and presentations to help customers understand the offering.
• Discuss terms with clients and work toward closing sales and partnership opportunities.
• Handle customer questions and concerns promptly to ensure a positive service experience.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on promotion plans and brand visibility efforts.
• Keep track of market movements and competitor activity to stay competitive.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of professional experience is required.
• Applicants must be based in Pune.
• Strong spoken communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi are expected.
• Prior exposure to lead generation and sales activities is needed.
