Role Overview
Citymax Hotels by Landmark Group is hiring a Front Office Associate to serve as the first welcoming presence for guests and visitors. This role calls for a warm, approachable personality, strong observation skills, discipline, and a service-first mindset. The main objective is to ensure every guest feels comfortable, acknowledged, and well cared for throughout their time at the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests promptly as they arrive and create a courteous first impression.
- Guide visitors to the right contact or department.
- Handle incoming calls by answering, screening, and routing them appropriately.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well stocked with essential stationery and materials such as pens, forms, and brochures.
- Share clear and accurate information in person, by phone, and over email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries each day.
- Help maintain office security by following safety procedures and managing reception access, including visitor logs and badges.
- Track front office supplies and monitor stock levels.
- Carry out check-in and check-out duties.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a receptionist or front office associate in a hotel environment.
- Strong command of Arabic is required.
- Working knowledge of Opera is required.
- Practical experience using office equipment such as fax machines and printers.
- Well-groomed, professional, and confident in presentation.
- Good written and spoken communication abilities.
- Ability to think on your feet and handle issues proactively.
- Strong organizational habits.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and use time effectively while prioritizing work.
- A customer-focused approach to service.
- High school completion is required; extra certification in Office Management is an added advantage.
